Healing our Relationships through Purifying the Mind
Buddha explained that we experience difficulties in our life and in our relationships because our minds are under the influence of painful and uncontrolled ways of thinking such as anger, jealousy, and attachment. Consequently we relate to ourself and others in unhealthy and even destructive ways. However, through meditation we can learn to let go of these painful minds and instead replace with them with healthy and peaceful minds of love, confidence and patience. Rather than being based on need and insecurity our relationships become based on an understanding of our inner nature and potential. Our relationships become authentically loving and a joyful and meaningful part of our own spiritual growth.

Learning to Let Go of Our Bad Habits with Jim Lollo
We all have habits we consider ‘bad’ or unhealthy, even destructive. We don’t seemingly want to do them, but do them anyway, as if we are trapped. Buddha’s astounding insights into the mind gives us the tools to understand how and why we create compulsive patterns of behavior, and consequently how we can let go of them and create the meaningful and joyful life that we actually want.
