Prayers with Meditation
Our Center offers prayers and meditation, open to everyone at various times throughout the year. Everyone is welcome to drop in for these traditional Buddhist chanted prayers that incorporate meditation and visualization practice.
Through practicing chanted prayers regularly and sincerely, we can significantly increase our wisdom and compassion, improve our physical and mental health, and help others through the power of prayer. Spiritual songs are a wonderful way to find deep peace in your heart and develop a very strong mind.
All our prayers and meditation practices are recited in English with beautiful, easy-to-learn melodies and CD accompaniment. We recommend that you arrive about fifteen minutes early to be seated and relaxed at the start of the session.
